CP504

CP92b

CP93c
The IRS levied your state tax refund for unpaid taxes. You have the right to a Collection Due Process hearing.

CP2000
The income and/or payment information the IRS has on file doesn’t match the information you reported on your tax return. This could affect your tax return; it may cause an increase or decrease in your tax, or may not change it at all.

CP12
The IRS made changes to correct a miscalculation on your return.

CP14
The IRS sent you this notice because you owe money on unpaid taxes.

9297
This is a written request to a taxpayer from an IRS Revenue Officer (collections officer) for information, documents, and certain actions. The request comes after the Revenue Officer is assigned your case to pursue potential compliance or enforcement options.

FTB Garnishment
This requires employers to withhold and transmit a portion of an employee’s wages until the balance on the order is paid in full or the order is released by the IRS.

LT38
